Beverage Equipment Repair Service Call Form

Thank you for contacting BERCO. We’re here to serve all of your beverage and food equipment service, installation and maintenance needs!


If you are a current customer and have worked with us within the last 6 months, please click on the Current Customer tab to fill out your service request information. We still require 1 hour of travel and 1 hour of labor to be paid before visiting the site, which will be applied to your final invoice (if the invoice is less than this amount, you will be credited the difference. If the invoice is greater than this amount, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance). We will charge the credit card on file for this amount and email you the receipt. If you have a Service Agreement with us that doesn’t require the 1 hour of travel and 1 hour of labor to be paid before we visit the site, then we won’t charge your credit card before scheduling service.


If you are a new customer or have not worked with us within the last 6 months, please click on the New Customer tab to fill out your service request information. For new customers with whom we do not have a service agreement, please note the following:

  1. Initial Charge: We require 1 hour of travel and 1 hour of labor to be paid before visiting the site, which will be applied to your final invoice. As such, an initial charge of $190 will be billed to the credit card you provided. This covers said 1 hour of labor and 1 hour of travel. (If the invoice is less than this amount, you will be credited the difference. If the invoice is greater than this amount, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance).
  2. Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3.25% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
  3. Diagnostics & Repair Costs: You will receive a full written estimate via email outlining all associated charges (including any labor or costs already incurred) if your repair requires parts that are not immediately available, or if a second visit is needed for any reason. A payment of 50% of the total estimate will be required before parts are ordered or a return repair visit is scheduled. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file upon completion of the repair.
  4. Authorization: By submitting this service request, you authorize Beverage Equipment Repair, LLC to charge the credit card provided for the amounts stated above.

 

Our team will schedule your service visit, and a technician will be on site within the next 1–2 business days, unless emergency after-hours service is approved. If you require service on a specific date or time, or need to coordinate access or store restrictions, please contact our office for customized scheduling or updates.
